I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2011
Interview
I was first contacted by H&R department by e-mail. This is followed by a Rembrandt personality test. The questions in the personality test were not complicated but they were making you feel unsure because of the nature of the questions like "which one of the following is not you?" asked 3 times in a row starting with 4 choices going down to 2. The phone interview was good. It took about 30 minutes. In the first 20 minutes, the interviewer asked about my background and education and in the last 10 minutes I asked questions about the company, environment and the culture there.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2011
Interview
The phone interview was pretty casual and a lot of focus was put on describing the position requirements and introducing the company. After the phone interview I was flown out to the gorgeous campus in Madison and the next day attended the interview which went on from about 9-3 and consisted of a presentation, tour and a few face to face interviews. Definitely a thorough and tiring experience but is it almost worth it just for the tour.
