I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic in Apr 2011
Interview
I filed the application online, then passed a personality test in which some are related to personality, some are similar to GRE test questions. Then within one week, I got an email to schedule a phone interview which set up on the following week.In the interview, I was asked some normal behavior questions which I didn't prepare very well.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in May 2011
Interview
Less than a week after I applied online, I received an email from Epic wanting me to do Rembrandt "test". After that I received an email stating that I'd probably be better suited for Technical Services and that they'd like to schedule a phone interview.
The phone interview consisted of ME asking my INTERVIEWER questions about the company and his role, etc. All he asked me was if I needed sponsorship and what my ACT scores were.
Soon after, I received an email that they wanted me to come in for a second interview. When I got to Madison, the shuttle driver who took us to the hotel told us that there are usually 20-30 Epic recruits every week at the hotel I was staying at. When I got into the hotel, the receptionists had everything organized, to streamline the process basically.
A group of us went out to dinner with an Epic employee and just toured Madison. The next day for the interview, I noticed 40-50 applicants there throughout the day. The interview consisted of programming, verbal/reading, and math tests, as well as an HR interview and scenarios. The company atmosphere was very laid back and the campus is artistic and beautiful, complete with a slide.
I was not extended an offer and when I asked what could I have done better, they told me that they can't release this information in order to protect the integrity of the company.

Interview
It was a wonderful experience. They emailed me and scheduled a time for a phone interview. The phone interview was only 30 minutes, asking easy questions. Within a week, I received an invitation for an on-site interview. They paid all travel expenses. The interview takes a whole day. You meet with different people in the company and also take some assessment tests.
