Interview
Entire interview process took several months. There were several components, including a Rembrandt personality test, a phone interview, a proctored skills assessment test (three parts: programming, math and verbal), and finally an onsite interview and tour. The process is LONG, overly tedious, and as someone who has studied recruitment techniques, their process is questionable at best.
Watch what the interviewers say because they tend to stretch the truth. For instance, one of Epic's big selling points is that "everyone has their own office." It turns out that 60% of their employees share an office -- "less than half" does not equal "everyone." They are building more office space with the assumption that everyone will get their own office, but if you do the math it's pretty clear that not everyone has had their own office for quite some time. This particular example left a sour taste in my mouth because it made me wonder where else they're stretching the truth.
The interviewers were pretty clear about stressing that this position would not be a normal 9-5 job. Their insistence on bringing up this point, however, made me fully believe the other reviews on this website that they could be expecting 60+ hours a week.

Interview
They seem very open to new recruits/people straight out of college, had Rembrandt test, phone interview, and skills assessment test, waiting on an offer. They answered all my questions except for specifics on salary range which would be determined by an offer. Other than that it seems like a company on the rise, I hear people complaining about the job but it's nothing that would change my mind.

Interview
I had a phone interview with a gentleman who worked in my same role, so that was very good because I could ask him specific questions about the role and he knew the answer. He was great about answering how the position works and what the teamwork aspect is, as well as how you should structure your day.
