Epic interview questions

The process was pretty much as other people have described: phone interview, flown to Madison, day of interviewing/tests, offer two weeks later. However, I would add that the recruiter and everyone I interviewed with was very up front with the nature of the position, the hours, the amount of travel, and the pay. I'm still somewhat skeptical, but it was an overall positive experience and I was impressed with the company and the offer.
