I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2010
Interview
I first received an online personality test which was followed by a phone interview. After the phone interview I was told to go to my local library to take a skills test. The test wasn't too hard, just questions on math, english, and programming. I was later invited to an on site interview which I will be going to in a few weeks

Interview
Submitted my resume on Epic's site and got an email to take a Rembrandt test and then another shortly after to schedule a phone interview. That was about 30 minutes with a current project manager, but I got the sense they are not true project managers since he had never heard of PMP certification. I got a call the next day to schedule an on-site interview for the next week and I am awaiting my trip to Madison. I know I will have to give a 10 minute presentation on something I'm knowledgable about and I've read from other reviewers that there are a few tests and interviews of course.

Interview
Epic makes a great first imporession when you visit the campus. The buildings are wonderful with all different themes, the people are nice, and the interviews aren't that taxing (speaking as an MBA graduate, it might be harder for undergrads with no work experience). I would caution though that success at Epic is as much about cultural fit as anything and it is difficult to accurately gauge the culture from the interview process.
