Epic interview questions

They basically were only interested in my test scores. They interviewed me, but that seemed to be an after-thought. Conversation? No thanks, I'll take this number and decide to either hire you, not hire you, or hire you but pay you 10k less. Also, the entire process was very creepy. Definitely felt like a cult - don't let anything look bad, big brother is watching.

Phone interview, interviewed by a software developer in the company. I wouldn't call it an interview because it was not that stress and the content was half and half between introduce the background of the company and some basic behavior questions.
