I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2010
Interview
Interview through University Recruiting. Pretty simple and straight forward. They asked mainly logistical questions: why your major, GPA, ACT/SAT scores, why this company, what are you looking for, etc. They interview a lot of people as mine was in person but I know other who had phone interviews. I think they are basically looking for fit and willingness to travel.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2010
Interview
The process consisted of a phone interview followed by a on-site interview. The phone interviewer asked basic behavior questions such as what did you like best about your last job/internship. The on-site interview consisted of a software demo, tour of the campus, skills assessment tests - one asked 10 simple questions that you were supposed to solve in 2 minutes, one had two sections sat/gre style math and verbal. If you interview for the EDI-Interface Analyst position they may have you write code. You will meet a person who works in the position you're applying for and they will give you a run down of the job profile and tell you what they like most about it, you'll have the chance to ask questions here. Finally, you will have a 1-1 with someone who works in the position that you're applying for. For the TS position, they ask situational questions. They present a situation to you: 3 customers each of them contact you with a problem...Then they ask several questions to see how you would deal with each of the customers.
