The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2010
Interview
Personality test and phone interview to start. A skills test similar to taking the SAT/ACT second step in your home city. Then official interview scheduled in Madison where there were two interviews (situational and behavioral), more skills tests, and a ten minute presentation.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jun 2010
Interview
This is a follow-up to my earlier post regarding the interview process. Since my previous entry, I've partaken in the on-site. There's little to add to what others have written about the process. To add a couple of things: I'd suggest you make sure to feel at least fairly prepared to give your presentation (the employees you speak to make it a comfortable environment, but still...), and, if you're interviewing for Project Mangement / Implementation, it'd be to your benefit if you have some understanding of how to proceed in a "case interview."
I thought it went fairly well, overall, but, unfortunately, I received the "Moving forward with other candidates" call a couple of days ago. : ( If anyone has questions about the process, post a comment on here and I'll reply the the extent I can (remember, can't give any test info).
