I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2010
Interview
It was a phone interview. Interviewr asked some basic questions like how did you listen about epic, where do you want to see after 5 years, challenging project, prog languages etc. Then he discussed about epic and position and responsibilities , technologies at epic etc. It was cakewalk for me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2010
Interview
I have gone through the phone interview and skills test and it took 2 months. The phone interview is very casual with some HR oriented questions. Next the skills test is waste of time because all of the questions are repeated from career cup site and I have answered all the five questions correctly by writing the code. After 2 weeks I got a reply sying that they are moving with other candidates.
