I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2009
Interview
Met recruiters at a campus career fair. The recruiter I spoke with was fairly nice, young, and stressed the casual culture of the company. I spoke to her briefly about the position I was interested in and after she looked over my resume and asked about my SAT scores, she invited me to an interview the next day, held on our campus. I was emailed a link to a personality/crtiical thinking test the same day and took it before the interview.
One strange thing: I was told at the fair that I wouldn't neet to dress formally (jeans would do) for the interview, but when we met again the next day for the interview she was dressed pretty professionally. Just thought that was strange. I think you should err on the side of professional, or at least business casual even if they tell you jeans will do.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you were leader of a project group, what would you do if your idea clashed with the rest of your group members'?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2010
Interview
Arrived early in the morning, show around the campus. Then came an overview of the positions I was applying for given by someone working in that department. This was followed by some one on one interviews with roleplaying/behavioral questions. Lunch at the cafeteria, then a skills assessment test (very SAT like) and a programming test using pseudocode or whatever language you feel comfortable with. Then a taxi to the airport.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2010
Interview
I had a phone interrview with Epic last week. The question were mainly about education/experience background GRE/SAT score and few standard HR questions. I have a programming skills test next.
I have been asked to take skills test in my local city. Any idea about the skills test questions type?
