The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2010
Interview
I was contacted by Epic via Monster.com and decided to send in my resume. About 2 -3 weeks later they contacted me back asking me to fill out a personality test. A few days later, I was contacted again to schedule a phone interview.
The following week I had my phone interview which was given by another trainer (a big plus for me- the last few interviews I've had have all been with HR people who didn't know a thing about the position I was applying for. It was nice being able to talk to someone at Epic who worked in the position I wanted and could answer all of my questions).
Overall, the interview was very laid back. I was asked questions about my college GPA, SAT scores, did I go straight from high school to college and where I saw myself in 5 years. Then I was allowed to ask a few questions which I felt was answered honestly.
I haven't heard anything back since, so I guess we'll see.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2010
Interview
I took the skills test. It was a 3 part exam with a reading, math, and skills part. It was an extremely analytical exam. The reading had a lot of analogy questions while the math part had a lot of questions that involved critical thinking skills. The last part involves learning a new computer programming software just to see how well you can follow directions.

Interview
I applied online and got first phone interview about 2 weeks later. Which is pretty easy. They just check with you background and ask your GPA etc. In the mean time , you have to finish an online personality test which is easy too.
I am going to take a skill test next week.
