Interview
I was first contacted via e-mail after posting my resume on a job search website. I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. My interview was delayed three times by the company, and one of the times my interviewer was not informed and the reschedule and still called.
After the phone interview I was given a skills assessment, followed by an on-site interview.

Interview
I was interviewed on the phone by someone in the technical department. He was very nice. Wanted to know a lot about my background. He was not particularly concerned about the specific programming languages that I knew but more focused on my problem solving skills. I have been invited to take the skills test assesement skills and I am looking forward to it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2009
Interview
Started with an online application, very straightforward. Then took a phone interview. The interviewer was late in calling, and sounded tired. They simply verified the information on my application and asked about my recent employment experience. Next step is a skills assessment which they conveniently scheduled ~1 hour away from my location, despite the fact that there is a large public library not 200 steps from my door. Altogether not impressed.
