I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
The online assessment was rather strange. The assessment UI and page was in house so no HackerRank or CodeForce, and as such parts of it lacked polish and were confusing to use. I also felt the questions were not well explained or lacked enough technical specification (for example, I recall a question about a programming language design where some behavior was unspecified leading to a 50/50 guess). The first screening interviewer was nice, though.
The process was great. There was a technical and non-technical component, neither of which were overbearing. Felt comfortable throughout and they answered any and all questions I had. Interesting campus too.

Question 1
Describe a time that you failed. How did you handle that?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Epic (Milwaukee, WI) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was very long. It was broken up into 4 sections. The first was a quick rapid-fire IQ test. The second was a Math test. The third one you had to answer questions you had to answer questions based on a made up language they use at Epic. Lastly was a coding test on plain text, no IDE with the ability to write pseudo-code if you didn't know.
