Initial phone screen with a developer where I was asked about my experience and why I'm interested in Epic. There is also a personality/verbal reasoning test, and a longer assessment which I have yet to take.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2023
Interview
Too long and not worth, they want you to be a malleable brain. First you apply, then they make you do a personality test. Then they send you a standardized test with 3 sections (takes 2 hours). If you test well then you are interviewed twice.

Question 1
Standardized testing included, even for programming which I didn't even apply for.

Interview
The interview process was quicker than most. I received an email from Epic the same day I applied. Many of the steps in the process is up to you to schedule. I only got as far as the phone screening and technical test. The phone screening is your average phone screening where they want to know more about you. The technical test is the hard part. When they email you about the test, it says that you don't need to study. You should study. It was split up into 4 parts. The first part is a quick math quiz where you have to answers multiple math questions in a handful of minutes. It's then followed by a section where you are given documentation on a fictional language and they test your understanding of the language. The third section is a math and logic section. Ending the test is 3 easy/medium difficulty leetcode questions in which there is no autofill, no outside resources, nor ability to run your code. The technical test took me 4 hours to complete, so make sure you have time set aside to complete it.
