Easy phone screening interview with simple questions and explanation of role. Very difficult assessments, in which had no connection to the position. All employees must take the assessments but did not feel like it represented my abiltiies within the position

Phone interview that asked about how my mathematics background from undergrad could be applied to work in coding and customer service in Epic. It also involved explanation from the interviewer about the nature of the role.
