Interview
I would say the interview process was easy, but long. Only one interview, but its about 3 hours and with multiple people. Its split up into a role overview and some other parts where they present to you. On your end, you will have a 10 minute presentation on whatever you want, and a very quick and standard interview about strengths / weaknesses. I think they really only care about your exam score and the interview is just to prove you aren't insane.

Name 3 strengths, which was followed by "What are five things you are NOT"
Phone interview/screening with a designer and the assessment and the personality questionnaire. The phone call was chill, but the assessment felt very unrelated to the job description and basically an IQ test.
