Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about one time you were faced with a challenge
The interview process consisted of multiple screening tests and a phone call and a role interview, but the tests were the most relevant part of the interview process in my opinion and the most time consuming
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2025
Interview
There is a 2-3 hour long preliminary test. If you have attended higher education it should not be very difficult. The "coding" part of the test might hard to understand if you have no coding experience at all, but you have very basic coding knowledge, then you can default onto your logic and/or math skills to answer them. Pretty basic multiple choice Q/As.
Afterwards there is a 15-30 minute call/interview with a member of the design team who goes over your background briefly. The call is more of a vibe check.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
There is an interview format posted on here that they did not use, they asked extra questions.
- Asked what school/college you attended (without follow-up questions, so if you want to talk about anything regarding your school experience you'll have to find a way to weave it in yourself)
