Interview
I received a message from a recruiter via handshake. I applied online directly through their website. After this I had a thirty minute phone call that was essentially an info session. Following this I took a ~two hour assessment test. Familiarity with programming will help, but is not necessary. There are also word association problems and two math section. One of the math sections and another English language section were to be completed in a very short time frame. Following the assessment test, I was invited for an onsite interview. This consisted of info sessions about the company and the role of a TS, an HR interview, a case study, and another programming assessment test (I took around 2 hours). I do not think the programming assessment test onsite is weighted heavily. I did not have complete answers for half of the problems and still got an offer. During the case study, you will not have very long to read the prompt and as you respond to the situation the interviewer will provide you with new information. Your welcome to ask questions, but they may not answer them. Do not let this stop you from asking questions, at least then they know what else you would consider given more information. You also might get an answer that will help you.

Interview
I had an online interview and then had to take a 3 hours skills test. The interview was a phone screen that lasted about 30 minutes. The online skills test was a series of math questions as well as a crash course on the software that they use.
