Interview
The interview process emphasizes who you are as a person and how you collaborate with others. They want highly motivated, positive people who are eager to learn and grow. Instead of expecting you to already have every technical skill, they focus on your talent, drive, and adaptability. Even if you don’t have coding experience, they are willing to teach you. What matters most is showing initiative, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive as part of a team.

Interview
Initial phone interview with current solutions engineer that is very informative and asks a few questions about your future goals. Then you are given a personality and technical exam. Technical exam can be challenging and involves a logic, math, and two coding sections. Coding sections are difficult if you are out of practice and require quick logic and math solutions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Apr 2022
Interview
Long grueling process. A ton of questions and a few short coding assignments. Not the hardest, but there is a lot of it to get through in just one sitting. 4 basic coding assignments, you can code in your language of choice. I don't think they care about syntax, they just want the main ideas to be in there.
