Epic has a phone screen, ~2 hour custom assessment with the same questions you can find on here that don't change + an old programming logic test you can find online (it isn't M), and then 1-2 more rounds. It's not generally a great experience and the company has semi-eugenic or maybe, discriminatory is a better word, beliefs about hiring and people in general.
They asked too many questions in the interview. Many of those questions seemed like they aren't related to the job description as well. I was anxious but then that added confusion on top the anxiety. Decent interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Apr 2025
Interview
Technical call. Asked about my work experience and why I would be a fit for the company. Pretty easy and straight-forward. Described my projects and experience. It will be a software developer from the company who takes the interview.
