I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Apr 2025
Interview
There is an initial phone screen for about 30-45 minutes in which the interviewer explains the role and asks you some questions about your recent work experience and technical projects.
After the phone screening, you need to take a technical assessment online.
There was 3 stages - a math/logic MCQ section, coding MCQ section using a unique coding language, and coding whiteboard section with 4 problems. For the whiteboard section, you were able to choose which programming language to use along with psuedocode - there was no way to compile or run your code so I assume the focus was on how you implemented a solution.
