Question 1
for case study: Given a scenario where you come into work in the morning and see some emails, escalations, and calendar invites, how would you go about handling thru these and proceed with your day?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2025
Interview
I was contacted by HR on LinkedIn. There was a general info session on Zoom after which we were scheduled for an massive interview session. It wasn't necessarily group interviews, but I was in my seat from 10:00am to 4:00pm with various sessions such as info or QA or scenario-based questions to final one-on-one with HR. It was a long process with only a 15min break. It seemed a little excessive for an interview.
The interview begins with an initial phone screen, then behavioral profile and logic exam, and ends with a multi-round group interview. The logic exam is notoriously confusing and the coding section is pretty tough (especially for those with minimal coding experience).
