Epic Project Manager/Implementation Consultant interview questions

Very extensive, thorough process. Multidimensional, including a presentation, 1:1 interview and multiple scenario-based interviews. Definitely makes sure they choose the right people

First I submitted my resume to Epic through my college's career website and within a week or so I was contacted to fill out an online personality test. About another week later I received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview. They seemed somewhat disorganized because I was contacted several times for the phone interview when one had already taken place. As far as the phone interview itself, it was extremely strait-forward, no curveballs here whatsoever. After that they invited me to Madison for an interview which I will complete tomorrow
