I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
I applied after going to a job fair in Boston. After a brief phone interview and web-cam presentation on a topic of my choice, I was invited to Madison for an in-house interview. During that interview, they gave a long tour of their facilities and had several one-on-one interviews. There was a general HR conversational interview, a problem-solving test, and an interview where they asked questions about how you would handle specific conflicts with coworkers or clients.

Question 1
If you had to describe yourself as one of the following, which would it be: passive to the point of being a pushover, or aggressive/pushy to the point of being abrasive?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2013
Interview
I heard about the job at a college job fair and after handing in my CV was asked to apply online. The online application was the typical fill in your experience history with two short essay questions. I was asked to a logic/personality test too. I was contacted to schedule an interview two days after I submitted my application. The phone interview was very relaxed and ran like a casual conversation. Typical "why do you think you would be the right fit for this job?" questions, nothing surprising.
