I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2010
Interview
I took the skills test. It was a 3 part exam with a reading, math, and skills part. It was an extremely analytical exam. The reading had a lot of analogy questions while the math part had a lot of questions that involved critical thinking skills. The last part involves learning a new computer programming software just to see how well you can follow directions.

Interview
Interview wasn't too difficult, mostly questions about my experiences and why I was interested in the position. Asked my ACT/SAT score and whether I wanted to go to grad school. I think they wanted me to say no. I could relate well with the interviewer so it was very casual and not stressful. Made me even more interested! I have my skills assessment on-site coming up next.

Interview
Was approached through school Career center where I had posted my resume. After the phone interview, I was flown out to Madison for on-site interview. Full day of getting to know the company and interviewing with a variety of people. A lot of questions based on your personality rather than past job experience. I felt like they had already decided that I was competent and was deciding if I would fit in.
