Several tests are required, including a personality test. If you pass everything, you ultimately are sent out to Wisconsin to interview in person and see the campus. They do a lot to try to wow you with the environment, but focus more on the job itself and how you feel about the culture. The in person interview vary based on position, but for PM they involve a group case, time spent with another PM, and a few personal interviews.
