Epic Software Developer interview questions

Have an assessment, interview with current employee and then final interview. Pretty chill process, assessment is main focus. The assessment was very long, around three hours and proctored. Four different sections with the main coding section being 4 questions, around easy-medium difficulty. Uses old software for the assessment so not the best experience.

Coding assessment and phone interview. Have heard some people got a role introduction invite rather than a phone interview and when I asked a company representative at a career fair they said there is no difference and that they are simply trying to slowly shift towards the role introduction format.
