I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Sep 2024
Interview
Got a phone interview scheduled a day after applying as well as the Online Test. I missed the first phone interview due to a technical issue. They rescheduled it, however this time they missed the interview and forgot to call. It was scheduled a third time and this time I did manage to talk to someone. The interviewer was super nice and approachable, sounded like an engineer an not a recruiter.
The online test was straightforward. Didn't do so well on the 2 minute and logic section, programming was very easy however.
Despite doing well in both the test and the phone interview, I still got rejected a week later.
