Interview
I got this one from the campus career fair. Then one week later, I received the email for a personality test and phone interview. During the personality test, it more focus on whether you are creative person or a persist person. Then is the phone interview. No technical question. only Behaver question. I will take the test next week.

Interview
There was a proctored programming test at the University. There were 5 questions and I would consider 2 as difficult. After I cleared the test, I was called onsite for the interview. The interview consisted 1 presentation of the project you know well, a interview with HR and 3 skills assessment test.(1 - Maths/aptitude questions ,2- learning a new language test and the 3 -programming test again)

Question 1
Write a code to indent a block of code (something which is done by IDEs such as visual studio) .I was given a few programming constructs such as if else, for construct and a funciton block. Special cases to handle : nested if

Interview
They contacted me after seeing my resume on Monster.com. The first interview was by phone and it was pretty easy, simple background check to see if you will fit in the company and if you are willing to move to Verona, Wisconsin. After that they ask me to take an exam with a local proctor . The exam was long and they recommend you to finish it in two hours. I didn't.

You could use any language in the test. There is a not disclose agreement, but I can say that they asked on the lines of data structures, optimization and the use of a calendar or like (day month hour) to solve a problem.
