I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
Interview consisted of an on campus interview first, followed by a logic and programming skills test on campus.
I traveled to Verona for my actual interview. I had a role overview and various interviews. I remember that my interviews were with folks who actually did the Technical Services role that I was interviewing for. One individual Patrick made such an impression on me because of the time he took to meet with me and answer my questions and that I recongnized him years after the interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Applied online; was contacted via email about a phone interview. Phone interview was about 30 minutes long and consisted of typical behavioral questions. Was invited to Madison, WI for a site interview. They made me take a bunch of tests - programming, english, math. I thought the programming part was difficult. There were other face to face interviews, where you were given a scenario and had to answer how you would respond in a particular work-related situation.

Question 1
The programming test was hard form me, because I didn't have much coding experience. I think I bombed it and didn't get an offer :-(
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
The entire interview process is extremely drawn out; I've been involved for close to 8 weeks. There's an initial personality profile, followed by a phone interview, followed by a IQ/skills assessment, followed by an invitation for an on-site interview (all expenses paid). The campus is gorgeous, and all of the employees I met on campus seemed extremely happy. I'm not sure how many of the applicants brought on-site are eventually given offers, but I'll update this when I find out. We did discuss compensation and benefits at my final meeting with HR, and I was told I would hear back within 1 week. Can't entirely judge the process until I find out if I receive an offer or not.

Question 1
Nothing out of the ordinary, just think through your questions out loud and you'll be fine.
