First, there is a phone interview with someone who is currently in the role that you are applying for. They tell you more details about the position and let you ask any questions that you may have. It's very personable
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in Sep 2020
Interview
Applied online around dinner time next morning had received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview. Scheduled a week out and recieved a second email about scheduling an assessment that must be completed within 5 days. So I ended up completing the process out of order. The phone interview went very well first 7ish minutes basic questions and then the next 15-20ish minutes talking about epic and then the position. The person who interviewed me worked as the position I interviewed for and was very nice. I don't think I did that well on the math section of the assessment and as a result was rejected.

Interview
The interview process was great! Pretty standard beginning with a phone screening, then 2 skills assessments, then an on-site (virtual right now) interview day. The entire process was very quick for me and everyone I talked to was informative and friendly.
