I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2020
Interview
Friendly and casual. They interview around 20 people at a time, split into 4 or 5 smaller groups which change with activities. Employees and fellow applicants incredibly friendly. Incredible tour where you feel like they're selling the job to you. They give me the impression that they spoil their employees and care deeply about their happiness.

Under this work scenario, you are presented with 3 companies with 3 differing problems. You've worked for company X for x years, company Y for y years, and company Z is new. In what order would you solve their problems and why?
After applying online, I received an email requesting an interview. I was able to schedule the time/date for the interview and skills assessment online. The online assessment was challenging, but the interview was casual. The process as a whole, though, was easy to navigate, and the hiring managers were very willing to help and answer questions.

Interview
Easy, also interviewed for PM. Asked a couple of real-life handling customer cases and had me teach them something new for the PM role. There was a programming assessment after the main interview day which you take off-site.
