I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was great, the first step was a phone interview, then a technical assessment, and then they fly you out to Madison for a day of interviewing and tours. Everyone I met was super friendly and they clearly place a high emphasis on recruiting.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was a technical interview where they basically presented you with a lot of different tasks and emergencies that had all cropped up in one day and asked you to justify which would be your priorities and how you would tackle them.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2019
Interview
1 phone interview, an online technical interview and personality tests, and an in-person interview. The phone interview was mostly behavioral. The in-person interview asked you to prioritize your time between three tasks and explain your reasoning. It wasn't too difficult. Also included a company overview, role overview, lunch, tour, and benefits overview.
