I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2019
Interview
I met an Epic recruiter at a college career fair and was invited for a phone interview after they reviewed my resume. After the phone interview, I was given an onsite interview in which Epic flew me to Madison, gave a tour of the campus, evaluated me in a case study, behavioral interview, and coding assessment, and introduced me to somebody currently in the position. I was given an offer but have not yet decided whether to take it or not.

Interview
I submitted my application online. I got an email shortly after to set up a phone interview, as well as to take a proctored online test. The test took about 2 hours and had little coding, all of which they teach you on the spot. The phone interview was very easy and straightforward, just asking questions about your resume.

Interview
Applied for Technical Solutions Engineer but got Software Developer role. First online assessment and phone interview, then an onsite interview where they show you around in their huge campus. They walk you through a lot of details about working at Epic and the role you applied for. Everyone is super friendly and patient. 10/10 would recommend everyone to give it a shot.
