I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2026
Interview
After the two online assessments, there's a 3.5 hour interview. The only true interview part is the case study, where you spend 30 minutes answering questions dealing with hypothetical clients - any experience in a customer service-adjacent role and project management is the best combination of preparation for this case study.

Question 1
A client asks for a bug-fix by the end of the week, but you determine it to be a larger fix that requires months. How do you respond?
A couple of assessments followed by a quick interview then another assessment. And a final interview where you get to talk to two TSE and 1 HR person. The assessments were simple logic types while the interview was more for the behaviour side then technical.

Interview
There is a presentation I had to do, an informational section, and multiple interviews. One interview with the recruiter and one with current Technical Solution Engineers. I was over all pretty good.
