Equinox Front Desk Associate interview questions

The interview process was super casual and they mainly just wanted to see if you could interact well with people and create a positive environment. I had a phone screening and then an in-person interview and heard back fairly fast.

Amazing interviewer, really straightforward. Clear and understanding .Still waiting for response but I understand it may take time.I hopefully get an offer soon. The environment to work in is great.
