in person very informal and was offered position on the spot. Highly recommend this for the free membership. Not sure what else to say for more words. Basically this was a fun and easy job. Room to get more than min wage.
Quick phone screening, asked about my resume, asked about career experience and company knowledge, gave overview of scheduling (what shifts they offered) and asked to come in for in person interview.
Face to face interview with GM, Job offered on the spot. Easy behavioral questions and why Equinox questions. Will ask about you and your experience based on your resume. No group interviews from what I had seen.
very simple, informal in person interview asking why you are interested in this role and what you know about equinox. if you're good with a forward facing role interacting with people, especially in New York City and good at dealing with conflict
