Euromonitor interview questions

Inefficiency is the word to describe the whole interview process. Regional recruiter asked me to provide some questions and I did. A few days later, I received a call from the recruiter with no prior scheduling. It was during a work day and work hour and I felt little off. We scheduled a standard HR call and their questions were the SAME as the ones they asked to submit and it was clear to me that they didn’t read any of my answers. After that was another call with them in a local level which was nicer and more constructive. Seriously, please don’t waste candidate’s time and show some respect on their schedule.
