An initial test was sent via email, consisting in a numerical part and an interesting case study. After completing this I was contacted to schedule an interview via Skype. The final decision, and validation from both sides, was made after two rounds of interviews.

Interview
Telephone screening with internal recruitment team then 2 face to face interviews with Line Manager an a Senior leader with final including some administrative tests and a presentation. Each interview was 3-4 days apart and I was given feedback between interviews. The staff were all friendly and the office was smart and had a media feel about it.

Interview
There are 4 rounds to the interview.
1st: Phone interview
2nd: 1 hour computer test (written analysis, calculation questions involving conversions, per capita and a personality test)
3rd: Interview with 2 researchers with a small case study where interviewers approach you with a hypothetical situation and ask how are you able to find out the market size for the soft drink industry. Be prepared for followup questions to your answers. Make sure you know/understand the research methodology
4th and final interview: Again 2 interviewers. a short 10 minutes test on your calculation and conversion skills. The interviewers will go through your answers and you will have to explain how you came to that answer. Following that a short case study on time management and how you plan your day.
