I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Euromonitor
Interview
Process was fast. I applied online and received a call for my first interview about 2-3 days later.
The first interview was pretty simple. Basically I was asked the standard questions like why I applied for this job, what I understood of it, my strengths and weakness etc.
The afternoon itself, I received a notification that I would be attending the second interview.
The second interview was broken down into two parts
1. Written test: What is market size? What is brand share? What is SKU? Really boring test.
2. Presentation: This part was a bit harder, I was sent a case study and asked to present passport to a specific client. My direct manager and the country manager attended the second interview. I was being tested on possible objections, a bit of product knowledge and then asked generic questions about myself.
Within a week, I received the offer. I accepted it as the salary was reasonable to me at that point in time. Furthermore, it was a regional role which would provide me with a lot of exposure.
