Euromonitor interview questions

It is a friendly environment, people are understanding of your situation, and it is easy to negotiate. However, Im not sure the future job prospect is at euro, it might seem very dim given that they are not open to promotion if you are less than 1 and a half years in the company

I applied through employee referral. I recieved a test link few days later after my profile and resume review. I appeared for test, it consists of several aptitude based questions and programming review questions. It also consisted of two coding problems. After the test process, i received the call for interview 3-4 days later. I appeared for interview, it lasted around 1 hour. I did not got to heard anything from their side for 3 weeks, its like they have ghosted me.
