Interview
Sumitted application online. Was call in for an interview. Got there 10 minutes early had to wait for another 10 minute. The interview went well and I also believed I am more then qualified for the position. Got offer another interview. Which I also arrived early and had to wait another 10 minute which goes to show how unorganize and unprofessional they are. The second interview I must remember this script. Then they made me perform a demo on a live person using their products and wax. Which I think is ridiculous. You can't judge a person base off on their performance with wax and products they never used before. A person in general have to play around with any new wax and product getting to know it before they can do any proper application. I felt that I was judge base off of my performance of the wax application. The second interview was fast and they booted me out the door. After the pratical portion I was told I'll recieved a phone call on this day and no phone call was made which is so unprofessional. Even if I didn't get the job it would of been more professional on their part to call and let me know the position is filled. Very unprofessional would not work for them even if I was offered the position. Better off looking else where. Remember it's a franchise not corporate so they can careless. To most franchise, employees are numbers not human. That just goes to show there's no guaranteed work security. Its okay because I know Im a hardworker and I could of impact European wax center as an employee. After all I would of been the best assets they had but then again its they're lost not mine. Because at the end of the day I'm an asset not a liability. This is the Europeans wax center franchise in temmecula CA. Do not recommend. Good luck for those applying.

Interview
Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
