It was very easy . It was situational based questions . I also Transferred from Another store location , so i had A lot experience . I Would Recommend anyone just graduating from Esthetics school To Work There

Was contacted by recruiting agency. 2 zoom interviews with recruiters outside the company (Epic Managers) which were recorded and shared with EWC franchise hiring team. They gave me the questions ahead of time. Roughly a week later, the DM interviewed me in-person (90 min). Ghosted.
