European Wax Center interview questions

Phone interview with Human Resources. Lasted an hour and was very very extensive. Typical interview "tell me about a time when you....." kind of questions. Met in person and talked about availabilty, where I wanted to go in my career, etc. Was told I would get a call about a practical interview where a trainer observes you waxing. I got the call, but turned down the job.

It starts with a phone interview, if they like you, you are invited in for a in-person first interview. If you match what they are looking for and vice-versa there is a second interview. The second interview is when the final decision is made. The interviews are usually one-on-one.
