Very easy and quick first I had a on the phone interview and then I got called back for a in person interview where I was just asked about my strengths and weaknesses and how I can work under pressure and in group settings and then I was asked about the hours I could work and when I could come in and if I was flexible and it was very relaxing, and after that, I got accepted and got straight to training

It was like having a good conversation with someone trying to get to know you rather than a formal interview. Asking questions like, what does customer service mean to you, and about your work experience.
