European Wax Center interview questions

My first interview was with the associate manager of the store. The interview was more of a resume review and high-level customer service questions. I was recommended from this interview and was scheduled to meet with the manager of the store. My 1:1 with the manager consisted of more situational customer service questions. I was recommended and hired.
