I had a promising first interview and was invited to a second with the franchise owner Susan, who initially seemed pleasant. During this interview, I was told I was the only candidate advancing to a third interview and that they wanted to move forward with the hiring process. However, later that same day, I was informed they had decided to go in a different direction. The sudden change felt misleading and unprofessional. Overall, the experience left me questioning the company’s integrity and hiring practices.
