European Wax Center interview questions

She had me in her office for an interview which was messy because of a promotion, she later said they do promotions every month. so its always messy? This was not my first interview at a European Wax Center or Amazing lash studios, I'am well versed in the weirdness. I felt as though I was manipulated into feeling bad about having 2 jobs because I wouldn't be able to drop everything and attend training 5 days in a row, and managers are always bending over backwards to prove that you can make money here to the point where it feels like an MLM scheme. They should show the pay chart and let it speak for itself. Most european wax centers have a high turn over rate for employees so they ask you to sign a non-compete that states you will have to stay for a certain amount of time or you owe them money. also they advertised a signing bonus on indeed which was not mentioned in the interview...
