European Wax Center interview questions

fairly simple and straightforward - applied online and had a friend working at EWC who put in the good word. Came in for an interview and was hired 2 days later

I went to two interviews with two different managers I’m not sure if it’s something they do to everybody if they agree to go to two different locations but during the interview the questions I was asked was strictly about guest service the interviewers never asked questions on getting to know me personally such as tell me about yourself? What are your strengths/weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Interview was intense which seemed unfair I didn’t know much about there 9 minute policy I’m on time to all my appointments and if I can’t make it I always call and cancel or reschedule I didn’t get the job unfortunately but I will still come to this company I’ve been coming here for years I love getting my waxes here.
