I applied online on a third party website, then within an hour I got a phone call interview. She asked about my work experience and asked me to come in person. I went in the next week and she had me wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes while she had to finish lunch. Once the manager finally came out, she took me back to her office and asked more behavior questions. She also asked my sales experience and hyped up how many sales their sales team makes. She offered me the job on the spot.

They bring you into the office. There's usually a general manager and then the franchise owner with you in the office. They ask you questions about your experience in sales.
